We have training sessions designed for all abilities delivered by qualified coaches. Whether you want to try open water swimming for the first time, are preparing for your first open water swim event or open water triathlon, or you just want to learn extra skills and techniques in the water, then these sessions are for you.
Sessions for first time open water swimmers or those wanting to gain a bit of confidence;

These sessions will run from 18:00 to 19:00 in the lake. Please arrive early to allow time for changing and fitting of wetsuits. If you would like to hire a wetsuit you will need to let us know when booking. A brightly coloured swim hat must be worn for the session.
